Guy Fieri Came Back for Seconds

Byblos Mediterranean Café was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in the episode "Triple D Nation: Around the World and Off-The-Hook," which premiered July 18, 2025 on Food Network. It was our second time on the show. Guy Fieri first stopped by our downtown Syracuse kitchen in December 2012 for the "Authentic Eats" episode, and more than a decade later he returned to see what's still cooking at 223 N. Clinton St.
On this visit, Guy dug into our creamy hummus finished with olive oil and served with warm pita, our hand rolled grape leaves, and our za'atar pizza. They're the same recipes our family has been making since we opened in 2010, prepared fresh every day, from scratch. Come taste what all the fuss is about. Alongside the dishes Guy tried, we're known for our gyros, falafel and tabbouleh, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
